How to beat stress effectively

What it does: Exercise increases your body temperature (and this clearly makes you feel as relaxed as if taking a warm bath), stimulates serotonin and noradrenaline (hormones that induce the feel-good state) and helps your mind take a break. Options: Feel super-stressed and angry? Choose a more demanding type of exercising (run, lift weights, do some kickboxing, etc.) and feel the anger go away with every step of it.
