Policies
Shipping policies:
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All items in stock are shipped within 48 hours of receiving order. Items not in stock will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving order. Items shipping to a post office box or military address must be sent via USPS. If you choose the wrong shipping method you must pay the additional fees before your order is sent out. Items that are returned because of three failed delivery attempts will be incurred a $10 penalty in addition to the shipping charges. Items that are shipped to the wrong address (when it is the customer's fault) will also be charged a $10 penalty. Please remember that weekends are not included in estimated shipping times.
Returns and Refund Policies:
If you would like to return a product, you must phone (816)529-5895, (M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM CST) within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. Please note, products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you do not like a particular flavor.
All unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Ideal Supplements at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
No product returns can be accepted after 30 days.
Foreign orders which are detained or confiscated by Customs will not be refunded.

Damages:
If you receive any merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must phone (816)529-5895, (M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM CST) within 24 hours after your receipt of shipment. We will then contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. Do not discard any portion of the shipment. the shipping company or Ideal Supplements may need the damaged product or packaging material. We will issue you full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
Ideal Supplements is in no way responsible for damages that occur after your order has been delivered.
Payment options:
We accept payments through paypal. Ideal Supplements website uses a secure server with SSL (secure sockets layer) for payment processing. All payment and customer information is encrypted to ensure our customer's privacy. Customers must submit the correct billing address for their credit card when ordering items on the website. Orders will not be fulfilled if the billing address does not match the one on file at the credit card's bank.
Pricing policies:
We have a low price guarantee on all items in stock. We are not responsible for typographical errors and all prices are subject to change without notice. Monthly specials are limited to quantity on hand. Free shipping for orders of $300.00 or more. Orders involving drinks will be charged a shipping fee.
