What is Jelqing?
Jelqing is allegedly an ancient Islamic practice of natural penis enlargement. Yet there is no mention of the word “jelq” – or anything related to it in the Koran or any other ancient Arabic or Islamic texts.

Squeeze the ring tight creating firm pressure, and stroke up to the ridge that marks the beginning of the tip of penis. To continue: As your first stroking hand nears the tip of your penis, take your other hand to the base of your penis, and stroke up as the first hand comes down, thus you are creating a continuous base to tip motion. Does Jelqing work for effective
